Pet Turtle
Some days I feel like I live in a zoo...today was one of them. Between the barking dog, crying baby, and a turtle crawling around our house, I could have sworn we had a sign hanging above our front door that said ZOO. It is all in a days work, being a stay at home mom......

Heather, you should know that box turtles make wonderful pets for kids (just be sure to wash hands after touching), and they are very resiliant critters. Feed them live worms or dead hamburger and they'll thrive. We used to let them kinda live in our house for weeks on end before releasing them. Ask Papa Joe.
